Certification
If you book a 2-week course that begins at the same time as our 200 hour YTTC, you can enrol in a 100 hour Foundation Training. You will receive a 100 hour Yoga Alliance registered certificate
The Beginners Yoga Course includes:
- Daily morning pranayama (breathing techniques) and meditation
- Every other day Ashtanga led class
- Every other day Slow Flow, Yin Yoga & Vinyasa Flow
- 6 Alignment Classes per week with one of our experienced Yoga Teachers (small group)
- Everyday Pranayama Class
- Technical Yoga Workshops
- Additional private classes on request (charges applied)
- Evening activities including Bedtime Yin Yoga, Candlelight Meditation, Yoga Movies, Ecstatic Dance, Beach Bonfire
- Accommodation at The Yoga Village

Accommodation
Our Yoga Holiday in Goa offers accommodation to suit your budget. The retreat offers accommodationfrom 4 Shared Garden Cottages to Single Bijou Beachfront. Food is served 3 times daily from our Vegetarian/Vegan Kitchen.
Yoga Spaces
The Yoga Village has 6 yoga spaces throughout the resort, with 2 spaces overlooking Patnem Beach. We also have 2 spaces in the upper deck, providing a space amongst the trees to practice yoga.
Duration
This Yoga Retreat in Goa starts any day of the week subject to availability. Minimum stay is 3 nights and you can stay for as long as you wish. You can check availability through our BOOK NOW page.
