Move through the Primary Series with increasing independence.
Ashtanga classes take place on alternate mornings. Led sessions guide you through the Primary Series with modifications for challenging postures, while later self-practice gives you space to move at your own rhythm.
Teachers remain available to observe alignment, answer questions and help you understand how to deepen a posture without losing stability or breath.

Experience more than one pathway into the body.
Morning practice may include Ashtanga, Hatha or Vinyasa depending on the timetable, giving you a direct comparison of different approaches to movement, rhythm and focus.
The variety helps you discover which methods support strength, steadiness, mobility and concentration at different moments in your practice.

Learn how creative sequencing can still be precise.
Alternate Vinyasa mornings demonstrate how a class can build toward a peak posture, technical intention or theme. Sessions introduce new postures while showing how to connect them safely through breath and transitions.
Across the training, flows may focus on hip opening, backbending and strength so you can expand both your personal movement vocabulary and your future teaching ideas.

Build the skills to guide a complete class.
Methodology sessions cover class openings, sequencing, concise instructions, relaxation techniques, corrections and modifications. You progressively assemble your own Vinyasa class and practise teaching it.
Peer classes and constructive feedback give you repeated opportunities to refine your voice, timing, observation and confidence before the final teaching practice.

Break milestone postures into teachable actions.
Workshops explore Headstand, transitions, arm balances, partner yoga and backbending with practical drills and demonstrations.
Instead of treating advanced shapes as end goals, the focus is on progressions, preparatory actions and useful teaching cues that can be adapted to different students.

Observe first, then support with purpose.
Ashtanga practice is paired with supervised adjustment work so you can study how alignment, body proportions and stability affect the way a posture is approached.
Selected Vinyasa postures are also explored, with emphasis on appropriate support, communication and respect for each student’s individual structure.

Connect movement knowledge with safer teaching.
Anatomy classes introduce bones, muscles, breathing mechanics and how these systems interact during yoga. Alignment work then applies that understanding directly to asana.
You learn to notice individual differences and adapt postures for body type, limitations or previous injury rather than forcing one universal shape.
Train attention as deliberately as the body.
Use breath as a practical teaching tool.
Traditional pranayama techniques are introduced to support focus, energy regulation and preparation for meditation.
Study the tradition behind the techniques.
Philosophy explores Prana, the Five Koshas, the Five Bhutas, Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras, the eight limbs of yoga, mantra, the paths of yoga and teachings from the Bhagavad Gita.
The emphasis is not memorization alone, but understanding how these ideas inform practice, teaching and self-study.
Bring context to every practice.
