100 Hour Yoga Adjustments Teacher Training in Pattaya, Thailand
Deepen your ability to observe, support and safely adjust yoga postures through a focused residential immersion in Ashtanga, alignment and practical teaching skills.
Build confident, intelligent hands-on adjustment skills.
This 100-hour immersion is designed for yoga teachers and committed practitioners who want to become more precise, confident and responsible when offering physical adjustments.
Traditional Ashtanga practice places strong emphasis on alignment, observation and appropriate hands-on support. Across the training, you will study key postures from the Primary Series and commonly taught Vinyasa poses, then practise adjustment techniques in supervised workshops.
The aim is not to force a student deeper into a shape. Instead, you learn to recognise intention, individual range of motion, stable foundations and when an adjustment is — or is not — appropriate.
Everything you need for a focused residential training.
Your study, practice, meals and accommodation are brought together inside the Kranti Yoga Beach Resort experience.

Ashtanga Yoga
Alternate morning sessions build familiarity with the Primary Series. Teachers guide alignment, modifications and progression so you can understand the logic of the sequence rather than simply memorising shapes.
As confidence develops, more independent practice helps you take ownership of pace, breath and focus while teachers remain available for feedback.

Yoga Asana Practice
Different morning practices allow you to experience the discipline of Ashtanga, the steadiness of Hatha, the fluidity of Vinyasa and more restorative approaches when appropriate.
This variety helps you understand how different class styles affect energy, mobility, strength and attention — useful knowledge when you begin adapting practice for students.

Technical Yoga Workshops
Technical sessions break complex postures into understandable components. You will explore alignment, anatomical considerations, transitions and preparation strategies for poses such as Headstand and Chaturanga.
The workshop format is practical and interactive, giving you time to ask questions, test variations and understand why a modification may work better for one body than another.

Yoga Adjustments & Alignment
Daily adjustment workshops are the core of this immersion. You will learn how to establish a stable base, read the direction of a posture, communicate clearly and use body mechanics efficiently while assisting.
Partner practice gives you repeated experience offering and receiving adjustments before selected techniques are applied in supervised class settings.

Vinyasa Flow
Alternate Vinyasa practices demonstrate how intelligent sequencing can build toward a technical goal, a peak posture or a specific energetic theme.
Across the course, classes explore areas such as hip opening, backbending and strength while showing how breath, transitions and pacing can turn individual poses into a coherent class experience.
Meditation & Pranayama
Train the breath. Steady the mind.
Morning breathwork and meditation create a quieter foundation for the physical practice. You will explore traditional techniques for balancing energy, building concentration and developing a more consistent personal routine.
Ancient ideas, practical application.
Philosophy sessions connect classical yoga teachings with the choices teachers and practitioners make today. Topics draw from Patanjali, Hatha traditions and broader yogic concepts such as Prana, the Koshas and the elements.
The emphasis is on reflection and application: how ethical principles, awareness and self-study influence the way you practise and teach.
Philosophy & Self-Inquiry
A full day of practice, study and integration.
The sample day combines cleansing, meditation, asana, philosophy, adjustments, technical study and time by the sea. Timings may be adapted by the school when needed.
