Hatha Yoga
The program provides a solid grounding in Hatha Yoga, with a focus on precise alignment in the postures of the Rishikesh Series. Classes will be held every other morning, led by your Lead Teacher. During these sessions, you will be introduced to the complete Rishikesh Series, which includes over 84 variations and modifications of the postures.
Yoga Asana Practice Yoga Class
We know the mind and body like variety. Because of this, in the TTC at Kranti Yoga you can choose your morning asana practice according to your needs of the day and the moment.
You can choose if you want the challenge of the traditional ashtanga class, the meditation of the hatha yoga class, or the dance of the vinyasa flow.
So, there will always be a morning practice to meet you where you are – to balance the body, steady the mind, and free the soul!
Vinyasa Flow
Every other day, you will engage in invigorating Vinyasa Flow Morning Practice sessions. These classes are designed to showcase dynamic sequencing that will ignite your creativity for future teaching endeavors. Led by our experienced 200-hour Ashtanga Yoga Teacher Training Teachers, each 2-hour session will take you on a transformative journey. These classes may revolve around a pinnacle posture, weave a narrative, or focus on a specific technical aspect.
They will introduce you to new postures and provide techniques to master them. Throughout the week, Vinyasa Flow Classes will cover essential elements such as Hip Opening, Back Bending, and Strength, enhancing your practice and broadening your skillset.
Technical Yoga Workshops
We have a series of workshops to deliver to help you achieve key postures. Workshops will include Headstand, Transitions, Arm Balances, Partner Yoga and Back Bending. Our Yoga Teacher will give you techniques to get you into some of these milestone postures. You will get lots of useful tips for you to incorporate into your classes.
Meditation and Pranayama
As the sun rises, yoga teacher trainees dive into the transformative power of meditation and pranayama. These vital practices infuse the morning with stillness and vitality, nurturing a profound connection to self and paving the way for a day of mindful exploration and compassionate instruction. Through the rhythm of breath and the calmness of the mind, trainees embark on a journey of personal growth, embracing the essence of yoga and preparing to guide others towards holistic well-being.
Yoga Philosophy
Our 100-hour Yoga Teacher Training Course introduces students to the core principles of yoga philosophy, rooted in over 5,000 years of wisdom. You will explore the Patanjali Yoga Sutras, the Ashtanga Yoga system, and Hatha Yoga texts. Delve into concepts like Prana (life force), 5 Koshas (layers of being), and 5 Bhutas (elements), along with ethical guidelines from Yamas and Niyamas. Location
The Kranti Yoga Beach Resort is situated right on the magical Patnem beach, South Goa in India. Unlike other parts of Goa, Patnem beach has retained its peacefulness and natural charm. The Resort is a 5000-square meters property that has access to both the beach and the roadside. You get to soak up the amazing views and calming sea breeze during your practice.
Our Courses are residential with accommodation options to suit all budgets. The options range from four-share garden cottages right through to luxurious beachfront cottages. Choose to fall asleep with the sound of crashing waves and a light sea breeze or sleep nestled amongst the lush greenery of cashew, coconut, and mango trees.

Students will explore the fundamental concepts of The Yoga Sutras. This module will guide students to explore different translations and interpretations, looking at how the commentaries have evolved throughout the ages. We will discuss and debate how the mind has evolved over time and how we might reconsider Patanjali’s teachings in contemporary society. Alongside this, students will explore the concept of Daoism.
